Terms & Conditions — pk0p Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the pk0p website accessible at pk0p.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, sportsbook markets and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual Player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts or other incentive values credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by pk0p before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "Taka" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Player Accounts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available to Players through their Account settings.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the pk0p registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pk0p's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk0p.

03 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pk0p operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices targeting the Bangladesh market. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits refunded at pk0p's discretion.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. pk0p does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address and a working mobile number. You agree to notify pk0p promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, email, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. pk0p reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bets or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk0p will never request your password through any channel — not by email, not through live chat, and not through any third-party communication. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact our support team at [email protected].

4.2 Two-Factor Authentication

pk0p strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a verification code — sent to your registered mobile number — in addition to your standard password at each login. Enabling 2FA is voluntary but strongly advised.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pk0p operates a Know Your Customer verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal, before a large withdrawal, or at any time at pk0p's reasonable request. Documents must be current, legible and belong to the registered Account holder. Processing KYC documents typically takes between 1 and 3 business days.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

pk0p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by legal obligation. Where an Account is closed in circumstances where the Player is not at fault, any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pk0p may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified via email before any fee is applied. Where an Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. To reactivate an Account, contact [email protected].

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk0p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pk0p does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the pk0p cashier screen at the time of deposit. As a general guide, mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) carry a minimum of ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits are also shown in the cashier and may vary based on your account verification status and payment provider limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. pk0p processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

To reduce the risk of fraud, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. If this is not possible due to technical or provider limitations, pk0p may process the withdrawal via an alternative method at its discretion, subject to additional verification.

5.5 Source of Funds

pk0p reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Where a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory documentation, pk0p may restrict or suspend withdrawal functionality pending investigation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by pk0p are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pk0p monitors all Account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, matched betting using bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and irregular betting patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk0p reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation. The validity period for each offer is stated in its specific terms. pk0p will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.5 Promotion Modifications

pk0p reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's entitlement under the original claim will generally be honoured, subject to anti-abuse provisions.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on pk0p are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to the relevant competition or event. pk0p reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or affected by circumstances outside its control. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL fixtures).

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds for in-play markets are updated in real time and pk0p cannot guarantee that all in-play markets will remain available throughout an event. Bets accepted before the market is suspended are valid. Any bets accepted after an in-play event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and instant win games, are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) and is governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

7.4 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game session, pk0p reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are not payable and will be voided.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

pk0p applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport, market type and game. The applicable maximum payout for any given bet or game session is displayed in the relevant game or market interface before the bet is confirmed. pk0p reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any bet or session at its discretion.

08 Responsible Gaming

pk0p is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into the Account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any upward adjustment.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify a Player after a defined period of continuous play, helping maintain awareness of time spent gambling.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displayed at regular intervals showing the Player's net session result and the time elapsed since the session began.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, during which betting and casino activity is suspended. Cooling-off requests take effect within one hour.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Players seeking permanent self-exclusion should contact [email protected] directly.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously.
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
4. Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities or errors in odds for financial gain.
5. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any form of systematic bonus abuse using promotional funds.
6. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, particularly poker or peer-to-peer betting markets.
7. Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
8. Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through Account deposits, play patterns or withdrawals.
9. Threatening, abusing or harassing pk0p staff, support agents or other players through any communication channel.
10. Attempting to access Account areas or data belonging to other Players without authorisation.

pk0p cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally in investigating suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity involving the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk0p platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pk0p or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pk0p name, logo and all related marks, names and slogans are trademarks of pk0p and may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of pk0p.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or create derivative works of any Platform content. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk0p shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pk0p's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk0p does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or modify any aspect of the Platform at any time and without notice for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

pk0p is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal information are governed by pk0p's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk0p uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal information is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required to process payments, complete KYC verification, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk0p reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pk0p will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, typically no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to company contact details — may be made without prior notice.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk0p Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pk0p operates. In the event of any dispute between you and pk0p, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pk0p's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, a game outcome, a payment issue or any other matter, you should contact pk0p's support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pk0p aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex complaints may take longer to resolve; you will be kept informed of progress throughout.
